Since the start of the explicit funding of LGBTIAQ*+ youth work in KJFP NRW in 2019, the variety of open meetings for queer young people has been steadily growing! And with it, the number of educational professionals who need to exchange ideas, share practical tips, and reflect and develop their work.
Since 2020, we from the team at the Queer Youth Department of North Rhine-Westphalia have been creating targeted spaces for professional exchange on queer youth work.
With the funding of the project “That can do queer youth work! “We now have the opportunity to expand these exchange spaces and strengthen expert discourse on issues of the quality of queer youth work.
